“What we’re doing is reputation management—from beginning to end. We help our clients manage, protect, and recover their reputation. That’s why I always say this is one of the most powerful professions,” Dr. Jabal explained.
He also underscored the profound influence of PR in shaping narratives, stating, “When I transitioned from journalism to PR, I realized I wasn’t just chronicling history—I was influencing it. Public relations has the power to shape history, and in the hands of a skilled PR practitioner, it can be a force for positive change.”
